Product Highlights
This product is cold-resistant plasticizer.It is characterized by excellent lower-temperature adaptability,durability,oil-resistance,ultraviolet-ray-resistance,and static-resistance.Its viscosity is low and it possess good lubricity.It can be dissolved in many natural resins,synthetic rubbers and some organic solvents.But it can't be dissolved in mineral oil.It is changeable when contacts with plastic paste,can be for some special application.
Suggested Applications
It is the special plasticizer for polyvinyl butyral and synthetic rubber.And it ensures them perform excellently in lower-temperature and their volatility will also be low.It also can be used for the polyester fiber cloth,adhesive and sealed material.It is also the plasticizer for PVC,PS,ethyl cellulose,nitrocellulose.In cold or lower temperature situation,it can improve the softness of the costing of polyvinyl butyral which contains castor oil.It also can be used in the formula of butadiene,acrylonitrile synthetic rubber and polyvinyl emulsion paint.Generally its dose is lower than dibenzoic acid dioctyl ester and phosphoric trimetyl benzoy ester.
